All our Clients data is strictly for our use only, we do not share it with any third party and is available upon request within one month. We can use the contact details you share with us to confirm your appointment and to let you know if there are any changes to your scheduled appointment.

We advise all our Clients that any images will be retained for a maximum period of 20 weeks, as stated on the Consent Form and that the Consent Forms are retained for a period of one year.
